Using OTPIXA for any of the following results in immediate suspension, forfeiture of balance where legally permitted, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Fraud of any kind, including payment and identity fraud
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or messaging abuse
• Phishing, credential harvesting or social engineering
• Impersonation of any person, business or authority
• Unauthorised access to accounts, systems or networks
• Abuse of third-party services or circumvention of their terms
• Any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours

Enforcement

We monitor for abuse signals and act on reports from upstream providers and third-party platforms. Enforcement decisions are made server-side and are final.
