These terms govern your use of the OTPIXA marketplace, wallet and API.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for all activity performed with your credentials. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

2. Service scope

OTPIXA provides temporary virtual numbers for receiving SMS. Availability, pricing and delivery times depend on upstream operators and are shown as reported by the platform.

3. Wallet and payments

Wallet balances are maintained in USD and are authoritative as recorded by OTPIXA. Deposits are credited only after the payment is verified server-side.

4. Prohibited use

Use of OTPIXA for fraud, spam, phishing, impersonation or any unlawful purpose is prohibited and results in immediate termination. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Liability

OTPIXA is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for third-party service decisions, including account bans imposed by the platforms you verify against.
