Data we process
Account data, wallet and transaction records, order history, SMS messages delivered to numbers you ordered, and technical logs required to operate and secure the service.
SMS content
Messages received on a number you ordered are visible only to your account. Messages are retained only as long as required to operate the service and resolve disputes.
Sharing
We share data with payment processors and upstream number providers strictly as needed to fulfil your orders, and with authorities where legally required.
Security
Access controls are enforced server-side. Secrets are never exposed to browser code, and all financial operations are validated on the server.
Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data through Support, subject to legal retention requirements.
