Refund Policy
How refunds work for virtual number orders and wallet deposits.
Automatic refunds
If a number is cancelled before an SMS is received, or expires without delivering a message, the order price is returned to your wallet automatically by the platform.
Non-refundable cases
Orders where a verification SMS was delivered are not refundable, even if the third-party service later rejects or bans the account.
Deposits
Wallet deposits are credited after server-side verification. Deposits are not reversible to the payment source; remaining balance can be requested via withdrawal where eligible.
Disputes
Open a support ticket with the order reference. Refund decisions and amounts are recorded against your wallet and visible in transaction history.
